Refund Policy

Returns 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.  This must be done within 24 Hours of collection/delivery.  Do not throw any of the items/packaging away until you have contacted us.  There may be a requirement to check batch numbers so that we can alert the manufacturer if required.

To enquire about a return, you can contact us at info@wiltshirerawpetfoods.co.uk. If the item is eligible for a return, we will send instructions on how to initiate this process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
