ORDERING PROCESS

We only accept orders for delivery or collection online.  Orders can be placed anytime but will only be processed during working hours.

How do I make a purchase?

This is a very straightforward process, either click the blue ‘order now’ button on the homepage or select the ‘shop’ tab along the menu bar.  You can then navigate to a particular brand or category and select the items that you wish from the stock listed.  In your cart you’ll be able to adjust the number up/down (dependant on stock availability).  Once you have finished adding the items simply select ‘check-out’.

Points to note when ordering:

  1. Please ensure you supply your correct email address and also include a mobile telephone number (this will be used to text you delivery/collection details).
  2. Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, but we accept all major credit/debit cards. If you do pay by bank transfer, our account details are displayed during the check-out phase.  You will also need to set us up as a payee through your online bank the first time that you pay.
  3. On completion of the order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email. If you don’t see this, it is worth checking your junk/spam folder.
  4. Before any goods are despatched or collected, full payment must be received. Please note, we do not accept payment on delivery or collection.

When will I receive my order?

You will normally receive the order the next working day subject to when the order is placed (e.g. Ordering before the cut off time) as listed below:

Monday deliveries: order by 12:00 Saturday

Tuesday deliveries only: order by 16:30 Monday

Wednesday collections/deliveries: order by 16:30 Tuesday

Thursday deliveries only: order by 16:30 Wednesday

Friday collections/deliveries: order by 16:30 Thursday

COLLECTIONS

Collections are from our premises in Royal Wootton Bassett – directions can be found here

Collections are agreed by appointment in advance and will be between the following times:

  • Weds & Fri        16:30 - 18:00

**Collection appointments are in place because we have a very busy schedule with packing and also delivering orders.  Customers are advised not to just turn up without prior agreement as we may be out delivering.  We do not want you to have a wasted journey so collection confirmation must be made.  We always send a text message to advise when an order will be ready for collection (as mentioned in the ordering process).  We need a reply/confirmation when you will collect**

DELIVERIES

We offer a local delivery service (within 25 miles of our premises), however this is subject to a minimum order of £20.00 and is priced as follows:

  • Orders between £20.00 - £44.99: £7.00 delivery charge
  • Orders between £45.00 - £69.99: £5.00 delivery charge
  • Orders over £70.00: Free Delivery

Your order will be packed in recycled cardboard boxes and taped down.  It will be delivered by our own vehicle during the following hours:

  • Mon - Fri           08:00 - 19:45
  • Sat                    We are not always able to guarantee Saturday deliveries,                              please do not request Saturdays.

We will text a more accurate time window of when to expect your delivery.

If no-one is in when the order is delivered, we will leave in an appropriate place.  If you know that you are unlikely to be in and have a safe place for us to leave the order, please specify this when ordering (please note that we will not leave with a neighbour or unpack it into freezers in outbuildings etc).

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage after your order has been delivered.

We do not deliver to business premises.

After delivery you will receive an email notification that the order has been delivered.  You may also receive a text message to confirm your order has been delivered if no one is at home.
